CarolPASSnee Perkins Passed away peacefully at St David's Hospice, Llanduno on 23rd November 2017, with her loving family by her side Much loved and cherished wife of her devoted husband John. Loving and precious mum of Mark and Debbie. Caring and adored grandma of Samantha and Thomas. Much loved sister of Lynne, mother in law of Phil and auntie and friend to many. Carol was a very special lady and such a kind, thoughtful and loving person and will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Funeral service takes place on Tuesday 5th December 2017 at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 11:45am.
